Fresh from Philly OutFest last weekend, we have been speaking with some of the great people that stopped by our table. Many of whom, wanted to come to Nijicon but were unable due to their financial situations(To be honest, we all can relate). So, we got to thinking and took a page out of Flame Con's book.

On Sunday(10/23/2016), we are offering "Donation Day-Passes". Which means, for SUNDAY ONLY, anyone(16+) can come to Nijicon 2016 with a minimum donation* of $5! So, if cash is a bit low this weekend, this is your chance to still enjoy the fun as well as get a taste of the convention!

DAY PASSES ARE AT-THE-DOOR/CASH ONLY!

(Please note, that since this is a "donation day" any freebies and some of the events that we guarantee to our regular attendees will not be available.)

SO, COME ONE, COME ALL TO NIJICON 2016!!!

SUMMARY OF BOOK 1:


Gabriel Braven is destined for a great love, but he does not believe it.


His parents had a storybook romance … until a freak ocean storm robbed them of their lives and left him alone to be raised by his grandmother.   With their deaths, Gabriel’s adoration for the sea turned to fear, and his belief in happy-ever-afters turned to dust.  Gabriel vowed to never set foot in the ocean again and to never believe in love.


Gabriel kept that promise until after his junior year of college, when he and his best friend Corey return to the ocean-side town where he lost his parents in order to help his grandmother.  Gabriel’s bitter fear of the water has only grown, along with his belief that it is his destiny to be forever alone.


Corey is determined to prove Gabriel wrong.  It is his mission that summer for Gabriel to find love on the beach … and maybe do some swimming, too.  Gabriel will settle for simply not reliving his parents’ deaths every time he hears the rush and shush of the waves.


Both may get their wish as Gabriel discovers the hidden past of the Bravens and the sea sends someone amazing to his aid.

Here is the official synopsis of volume one:

Aidan Walsh, his adoptive mother and sister are forced to move back into Grandfather Patrick's home in Devil's Ridge due to money troubles. His secretive and lecherous adoptive grandfather ends up being the least of Aidan's worries on the Ridge.

Within the first hour of being there, Aidan is nearly lured to his death by something terrible in an old well, but is saved by the mysterious and alluring, Asher Vane, a member of a people known as the Sidhe. 

When his grandfather comes after Vane with a shotgun, calling him a "Demon Prince", Aidan realizes that life on the Ridge is less than normal.
